Hermes Call Recovery provides automated customer communication services designed to assist businesses in responding to missed inbound phone calls. Services may include automated SMS responses, lead information capture, and notifications to the business.
We do not provide advertising, lead generation, or guaranteed business outcomes.
2. Service Eligibility
Services are intended for business use only. By using our services, you confirm that you are authorized to represent your business and agree to these Terms on its behalf.
3. Setup and Activation
A one-time setup fee is required prior to service activation. Setup includes system configuration, phone number provisioning, and carrier registration where applicable.
Service activation timelines may vary depending on third-party carrier approvals and technical requirements. Typical setup completion occurs within 5–7 business days but is not guaranteed.
4. Billing and Payments
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance unless otherwise stated.
Subscription billing begins automatically after any applicable delayed billing or trial period.
All fees are non-refundable once billed, except where required by law.
Clients are responsible for maintaining valid payment information on file.
Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in service suspension.
5. Cancellation
Clients may cancel service at any time prior to the first monthly charge if a delayed billing period applies. After billing begins, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No long-term contracts are required unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Hermes Call Recovery does not guarantee business outcomes, revenue increases, job conversions, or customer responses.
We guarantee only that the system will function as described. Business results depend on factors outside our control, including customer behavior and the client’s follow-up practices.
7. Acceptable Use
Clients agree not to use the service for:
Unsolicited marketing or spam
Promotional messaging without prior customer consent
Illegal, deceptive, or abusive communications
Any activity that violates carrier, messaging, or telecommunications regulations
Misuse may result in immediate service suspension or termination.
8. Compliance Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of the service complies with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including consent requirements for SMS communications.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hermes Call Recovery shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Modifications to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to modify services or these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which the business is registered.
